Well, I would suspect the Community showdown to be a close one. And in Hatter's words "It's like trying to choose between Ginger and Mary-Ann."
Brie came out just ahead of Jacobs in yet another close vote in these showdowns. And if you aren't watching Community yet, I suggest you give it a try.

(4) Katrina Bowden
Probably most known for her role as Liz Lemon's horrible secretary on NBC's 30 Rock. She has sort of been hit-or-miss on the series as of late, despite still gaining a credit. She has been in a handful of films, including Sex Drive.
(5) Emily Deschanel
Deschanel I have only really known as Zooey's older sister, and apparently the receptionist in the Spiderman franchise. But, she has become pretty well known as Dr. Temperance 'Bones' Brennan on Fox's Bones.
If I were going purely on looks, it'd be Bowden. But I do love Bones! So I went Deschanel.

She's a receptionist in Spiderman 2 - that is all I could tell ya.
