(6) Bossk vs. (11) Wat Tambor

Sorry this is late.

At the conclusion of the vote last night (midnight) Nute Gunray barely slipped past IG-88 to move into the next round. Surprised how close it actually was - and that if some had voted on time, IG-88 may have moved on.

Also moving on was Sebulba, a little easier, over Zam Wesell.

Please don't forget that two are posting each day. Again someone voted for one, but not the other. And, voting ends at midnight (that's EST), so make sure that your vote counts and vote before then.

(6) Bossk

Bossk is one of the six bounty hunters that Darth Vader summons to his starship to track down Han Solo in Empire Strikes Back. As we learn in the Clone Wars cartoon series, Bossk has been a bounty hunter for a long time, and even worked with and against a young Boba Fett. Though Empire has the most of Bossk, he is actually in all three of the original trilogy. You must look closely, but he is in the Cantina with Greedo in Hope and he is on Jabba's Barge in Jedi.

(11) Wat Tambor

Wat Tambor is part of the Separatist Council with Count Dooku, Poggle the Lesser, etc. He is a Skakoan from the planet Skako. He is in both Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith. Like Poggle the Lesser and Nute Gunray, he meets his demise at the hands of Darth Vader on Mustafar.

  1. Bossk all the way!

You sure that's him in the cantina? I recall a creature that looks vaguely similar, but not that much like him. A Google search proved inconclusive.

  2. I am not 100% sure. Through my research I found people saying it was him, but the only true image I found did not show his face, but had an exact replica of his outfit.

Thanks to my son I watch the Clone Wars and he does spend a lot of time on Tatooine in that Cantina. So, it may possibly be him.

  3. I like the idea of it, but I'm thinking it's more like the design of that original Cantina character morphed into Bossk, and then they shaped his storyline (wherever) to be someone that was there. Either way, cool. I'll keep an eye out next time I watch that scene.

Just watched the scene on YouTube. Yeah, that's definitely his outfit and yep, no sight of the head at all.
