Cuthbert secured her spot in the semifinals with a victory over Shameless's Emmy Rossum. Currently starring as Alex on ABC's Happy Endings.

(5) Emily Deschanel

Deschanel was the lowest seed (5) to make it to the semifinals. She lands here with a victory over Yvonne Strahovski from Chuck. Deschanel is currently 'Bones' on Fox's Bones.

Emily Deschanel knocked off our first No. 1 seed in Castle's Stana Katic. Fun Deschanel Fact: She is a vegan, and didn't pay for her pizzas in Spider-man 2.

Katic blew past Cougar Town's Busy Phillips to roll into the second round. She is currently Kate Becket on ABC's Castle.

(5) Emily Deschanel

Deschanel took out 30 Rock's resident secretary, Katrina Bowden, in the first round. Deschanel portrays Temperance Brennan on Fox's Bones.

Well, I would suspect the Community showdown to be a close one. And in Hatter's words "It's like trying to choose between Ginger and Mary-Ann."

Probably most known for her role as Liz Lemon's horrible secretary on NBC's 30 Rock. She has sort of been hit-or-miss on the series as of late, despite still gaining a credit. She has been in a handful of films, including Sex Drive.

(5) Emily Deschanel

Deschanel I have only really known as Zooey's older sister, and apparently the receptionist in the Spiderman franchise. But, she has become pretty well known as Dr. Temperance 'Bones' Brennan on Fox's Bones.
