(2) Darth Maul

Darth Maul was portrayed by Ray Park, but voiced by Peter Serafinowicz. Park was chosen because of his knowledge of martial arts. Fun Fact: Despite being in a handful of scenes in the film, Darth Maul only speaks three lines during The Phantom Menace.

(7) Sebulba

Sebulba was a character who was completely CGI. He was voiced by Lewis MacLeod. Fun Fact: A Dug, which is the species of Sebulba, is seen coming out of Dexter Jettster's diner, but it was not Sebulba it was another Dug named Seboca.

(7) Sebulba

Sebulba is a Dug who is a superior pod racer. He mixes it up with Jar Jar Binks before Anakin Skywalker steps in. It comes down to Skywalker and Sebulba, who wins most of the pod races, in the final lap of the Boonta Eve race. Sebulba wins most of his races by breaking other racer's pods or cheating to get the victory. It backfires on him during this race as Anakin sneaks by for the victory.

(10) Zam Wesell 

Zam Wesell is a shapeshifting bounty hunter from the planet Zolan. Wesell accepts a mission from another bounty hunter, Jango Fett, to track down and kill Padme Amidala. Her presence, however, is felt by both Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker. The two take off on a great chase and track her down at a local pub. Before getting any information out of her, however, Fett kills her.
