(3) Jango Fett

Jango Fett was portrayed by Temuera Morrison in Attack of the Clones and he also played all of the clone troopers. Fun Fact: Before the name Jango was selected, a few other names kicked around were Ambu and J'mee.

(6) Grand Moff Tarkin

Grand Moff Tarkin was portrayed by Peter Cushing in A New Hope and by Wayne Pygram in Revenge of the Sith. Fun Fact: Cushing was originally approached to play Obi-Wan Kenobi.

(3) Jango Fett

Jango Fett is introduced in Attack of the Clones. He is a bounty hunter who is cloned on the planet of Kamino. His clone army is used to help the Grand Army of the Republic during the Clone Wars. He is given a clone of his own to raise as a child, one we would all come to know as Boba Fett. Jango flees Kamino with Boba after fighting Obi-Wan Kenobi. On Geonosis, he is killed by Mace Windu.

(14) Battle Droid

Before the Empire had Stormtroopers, the Trade Federation had an army of battle droids. The battle droids fought in many battles throughout the prequel trilogy. The battle droids were eventually fazed out after Code 66 allowed Darth Sidious, Darth Vader and the eventual Empire secured the Clone Troopers as their own, who would eventually become the Stormtroopers.
