(1) Darth Vader vs. (16) Wampa

There must be a Boba Fett hater out there, he got one vote against him. Either way both Fett and Darth Maul march into the second round pretty easily.

Today marks the last day of the First Round as we wrap up the Dark Side with the two No. 1 seeds.

Make sure to vote for both. Second round starts on Friday.

(1) Darth Vader

Darth Vader is the main villain throughout the original trilogy and towards the end of Revenge of the Sith. Vader is the apprentice of Darth Sidious, and as we find out in Empire Strikes Back, the father of Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia. Vader was once known as Anakin Skywalker and trained to be a Jedi by Obi-Wan Kenobi. He was found by Qui-Gon Jinn and proclaimed the chosen one - the one who was supposed to bring balance to the Force.

(16) Wampa

The Wampa is an abominable snow monster type creature that lives on the planet Hoth. The Wampa discovers Luke Skywalker and his tauntaun, and drags them both back to his cave. While the Wampa is enjoying the tauntaun for a light snack, Skywalker is strung up in ice inside the cave. Unable to get free, Skywalker uses the Force to bring his lightsaber to his hand (the first time on film that he was able to do so) and cuts himself free, destroys the Wampa and is able to escape.
